We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Hector Rangel Portillo (Rio Grande City, Texas). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Cipriano Rangel and Maria of Jesus Portillo; and his wife Claudia Rios. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, and many cousins.
Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
