He was predeceased by: his parents, Gumercindo Zambrano and Maria Isabel Zambrano; and his wife Dora Solis. He is survived by: his children, Maria Enriqueta, Gumercindo (Teresa), Minerva, Dianna, Amado (Enedelia) and Yolanda. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 19 Greatgrandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sanchez Funeral Home (301 E 2nd St, Rio Grande City, TX 78582). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (107 Pvt Lazaro Solis St, La Grulla, TX 78548). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ruben Solis Cemetery (636 W Pvt Lazaro Solis St, La Grulla, TX 78548).
