She was predeceased by: her husband Leonel Anaya Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Rene Anaya (Nancy) and Leonel Anaya Jr. (Mary Ann). She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Due to the current climate surrounding COVID -19, we are limiting the amount of visitors to our facility and requiring all guests to please wear a mask and observe social distancing.
