He was predeceased by: his parents, Cirio Rosa and Maria Candelaria Alvarez Rosa. He is survived by: his wife Adela M. Rosa; and his children, Soyla Lockwood, Juan D. Rosa, Emiliana Guerra, Conrado Rosa, Carol Torres, Cirio Conrado Rosa Jr. and Ronaldo Rosa. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren along with numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family.
