She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelo Alvarez and Santos M. Alvarez; and her husband Valentin Rivera. She is survived by: her children, Francisca Gallegos, Jorge Luis Rivera, Juan A. Rivera, Jose A. Rivera and Raymundo Alvarez. She is also survived by her brothers and her 15 grandchildren, 13 greatgrandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren.
