She was predeceased by: her parents, Loreto Garza and Adalia Campos Garza. She is survived by: her children, Esequiel Cantu (Maria Guadalupe) and Consuelo Cantu; and her siblings, Lilia Barrera and Armando Garza.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sanchez Funeral Home (301 E 2nd St, Rio Grande City, TX 78582). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. John Cemetery (109 N Farm to Market 3176, Rio Grande City, TX 78582).
