She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottomar I. Pursche and Anna Pursche (Korger); her husband Preceding; her parents-in-law, Herman and Frieda Koester (Berg); her brother Roy; her siblings-in-law, Ruby Pursche (Peters) and John Koester; and her nephew Dwight Pursche.
She is survived by: her former husband James "Jimmy" Koester; her children, Pamela (John Nussman), Sharon (David Raesener) and Darrell Koester of Riesel; her grandsons, Russell (Larissa) and Ryan Mezynski of New Braunfels; her great grandchild Isaiah Mezynski of Riesel; her nephew Phillip Pursche of Riesel; and her nieces, Janet Drapela (Pursche) of Riesel, Janice Vos (Koester) of Bryan and Joan Ison (Koester) of Bryan.
A Covid-19 compliant viewing will be held Thursday, April 16th from 8am to 7pm at Adams Funeral Home in Marlin.
