She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Flack and Dora Flack (Hartman). She is survived by: her husband Nick Kingrey of West; her children, Jason Kingrey (Stephanie) of West and Becky Perry (Ronnie) of West; her grandchildren, Shelbi Kingrey, Lexi Kingrey, Ryan Perry and Lane Perry; and her siblings, Larry Flack, Michael Flack (Etta), Ruby Musselwhite and Brenda Caudill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Very limited capacity, facial masks, and social distancing are required at all services.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Rest Haven Memorial Fund or the American Cancer Association.
