Kenneth Barker Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2023, at the age of 87, Kenneth Barker of Riesel, Texas, born in Cleburne, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. and Sarah Barker (Martin); and his sons, Kenneth "Kenny" Barker Jr. and Lex Barker. He is survived by: his wife Ione Vincent Barker of Riesel; his children, Kathryn Galvez (Danny) of Robinson, Gina Sterling (Mike) of Robinson, Toni Norton of Elm Mott and Dana Smotherman (Ken Jr.) of West; his grandchildren, Brandi of Michael, Keisha (Josh), Lindsey (Jason), Trey, Kasey (Eric), Whitney and Beau; and his great grandchildren, Dillon, Gabriel, Dreydon, Ava, Kennedy, Phoenix and O'Siris. He is also survived by many friends and neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Masonic Charities Foundation or St. Mary's School Library Fund.
