He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Woodard and Ruby Woodard (Hudson); and his brothers, Roy Woodard, Jr., Wilbert Woodard and Claude Woodard.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Woodard of Riesel; his children, Traci Waldschmidt (Mark) of Hewitt, Staci Hutyra (Steve), Jo Nell Glover of Whitney, John McRae (Elaine) of Denton and Kristina Cox of Waco; his grandchildren, Kelci Barraza (Miguel) of Waco, Libby Hutyra, Parker Hutyra, Lorelai McRae, Larissa McRae of Denton and Kylar Thompson of Riesel; and his sisters, Martha Gayle Bradshaw of Waco, Mary "Sissy" McGee of Waco and Margaret "Tutor" Philyaw (Marlin) of Waco. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Shriners Hospital for Children or Scottish Rite for Children Hospital.
