He is survived by: his wife Ruth Thysell Geitgey; his daughter Julie Geitgey Darger; his son-in-law Stanford Darger (Ford) of Fulshear, TX; and his son Adam Geitgey (Rebecca Holland Geitgey) of London, UK..
