He is survived by: his wife Elvira Martinez; his children, Juan Martinez and Guadalupe "Lulu" Charles (Bobby Ray Charles); his grandchildren, Jason Martinez (Becky), Christopher Martinez (Alexandra), Juan Martinez Jr. (Cindy), Laura Salazar (Elisha) and Robert Charles; his great grandchildren, Ella Grace Salazar, Jason Martinez II, Kimberly Martinez, Michael Toribio Martinez, Paityn Martinez, Liam Martinez, Christian Martinez, Yuri Martinez and Evelina Martinez; his great great grandchild Ezekiel Martinez; and his sisters, Maria Rodriguez, Rosaria Alaniz (Juan) and Guadalupe Dominguez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
