She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Russell Clements, Sr. and Flora Hamilton Clements; her husband Charles Renfro Slone; and her siblings, Alyne Clements Howard and Ira Russell Clements, Jr. (Tommye).
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Slone (Elise Slone) and Brenda Coats (Douglas Coats); and her grandchildren, Amber Manes (Carl Manes), Adam Slone, Matthew Jungers (Blair Mockler), Shelby Jungers, Madeline Woelfel, Katherine Huck (Barron Huck), Tyler Coats (Whitney), Travis Coats and Kaci Gibson (Tyler Gibson). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and 14 great grandchildren.
