He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Mann. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mann; his daughters, Kate Shanin Mann and Sarah Lesli Mann (Joel Moder-Ashbourne); his brother Charlie Mann; and his mother Jocelyn Mann. He is also survived by brother and watching movies with his family.

In lieu of flowers, the family humbly asks for your donations to the Dr. Thomas H. Mann Scholarship Fund, which will provide scholarships to help students with financial need pursue degrees in psychology.

“Dear Lisa and girls, Tim and I are so sorry for your loss! Although we had lost touch through the years, we fondly remember working with him at Community Services and later when he went into private practice. He was such a kind and caring man. He also had such a soft and soothing voice. We will be thinking about you through this difficult time. Sincerely, Joanna and Tim Jones”
