He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Douglas and Alberta Alger; his brother Mark Douglas; and his former wife Jean Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Douglas; his daughters, Laura (Bob) of Utah and Mary Ann (Jake) of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Bailey, Riley, Anna Kate, Jacob and Caleb; and his siblings, Paula, Patti and David (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the SPCA of Houston or The American Cancer Association in Peters name.
