It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Lingnau Watts of Richmond, Texas, born in Pasadena, Texas, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Erna Elsie Lingnau (Kunz) and Alfred John Lingnau. She is survived by: her husband Foster L. Watts, Jr.; her children, Sylvia Watts Moore (Scott Moore) of Sugar Land, Foster L. Watts III and Alfred John Watts; her granddaughters, Hannah Scott Moore, Molly Foster Moore of Sugar Land, Brooklyn Anne Watts of Cibolo and Addison Jane Watts of The Woodlands, Texas; her sister Roberta Jean Hodson (Lingnau) of Pasadena, Texas; her niece Lana Webb (Hodson); and her nephew Larry Hodson, Jr. (Cheryl Hodson).
