She was predeceased by: her father Abel Martinez Sr.; her siblings, Abel Martinez Jr. and Michele Martinez; and her grandparents, Margarita Ramirez, Sotero Martinez and Ofelia Martinez.
She is survived by: her sons, Abel Williams and Albert Williams Jr.; her mother Maria Carmen Martinez; her brother Jeffery Martinez (Marissa); her niece Sophia; and her nephews, Adrian and Nicholas.
Due to Covid-19 only 50 people at a time are allowed for the visitation and masks are required.
Monica was employed, for 8 years, at the St. Hope Foundation.
