He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight McClelland and Elinore McClelland; and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Michael Brian McClelland and Elinore Elizabeth Mercer; his wife Ruth Elaine Brewer of Schulenberg, TX; his daughter-in-law Debbie; his grandsons, Christopher and Andrew; his son-in-law Andrew; his grandchildren, Ruby and Patrick; and his sister-in-law Helen Machac. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the USO, a cause Mike felt strongly about that helps the men and women serving in the U.S. military, and their families.
