We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2021, at the age of 71, Luz Charles of Richmond, Texas, born in Sugar Land, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Pablo Charles and Maria R. Charles; his son Bobby Charles; and his siblings, Antonia Rodriguez and Santos Charles.

He is survived by: his wife Mirna Charles; his children, Crystal Vasquez (Israel Vasquez), Imelda Charles (Abel Manrique), Joanna Charles (Juan Morin), Sabrina Charles and Christopher Charles (Mary Ann Charles); his siblings, Jessie Charles, Joe Luis Charles and Janie Charles; his grandchildren, Lucky Vasquez, Isaac Vasquez, Ivan Vasquez, Priscilla Vasquez, Abel Manrique Jr., Melanie Manrique, Juan Morin, Gio Morin, Dominick Morin, Daniel Charles, BJ Charles, Ivan Charles and Christopher Charles; and his great grandchild Adalaia Vasquez. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, family and friends.

Due to Covid only 75 people are allowed to attend the visitation and funeral services.
