He is survived by: his wife Alicia Villarreal; his children, Luis Villarreal (Sandra), Melanie Saldana (Eduardo), Cynthia Villarreal, Jose Villarreal Jr., Carlos Villarreal and Maira Villarreal; and his grandchildren, Sebastian, Camila, Abigail Villarreal, Ximena Borrego, Penelope Saldana, Adrian Trejo-Villarreal, Angel Villarreal and Dominick Martinez-Villarreal.
