He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Rodriguez and Juan Figueroa; and his brother Joel Figueroa. He is survived by: his wife Olivia Figueroa; his children, Perla Figueroa, Estrella Rodriguez, Juan Carlos Figueroa and Javier Figueroa; his granddaughter Elena Gonzalez; his son-in-law Jose Gonzalez; and his siblings, Maria Rosario, Maria Consuelo, Maria Theresa, Maria Antonia, Elia, Blanca and Sergio Vargas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews family and friends.
