She was predeceased by: her parents, Tess Funderburg Phillips and Janice; her daughter Rebecca Henderson; and her siblings, Bonnie Wallis, Sue Trask, Wayne Phillips and Howard.
She is survived by: her sister Judy; her children, Jon Henderson (Rachel), Sarah Donogan (Mark) and Andrew Henderson; her grandchildren, Michah Donogan, Joshua Donogan, Wesley Schults, Hunter Henderson, Noah Henderson, Luke Henderson and Trinity Henderson; and her nieces, Marian and Trini. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
