Macek (Fallon); his brothers, Chuck Macek and Anton Macek (Alice); and his siblings-in-law, Darrell Svoboda (Liz) and Agnes Svoboda (Kevin Svatek). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
