He is survived by : his wife Maria I. Martinez; his children, Manuel Martinez, Lesly Navarro and Isabel Martinez; his granddaughters, Kamila and Kaeli Navarro; and his siblings, Fidel Martinez, Egla and Elsy Martinez. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hernandez Rosenberg Funeral Home (800 4th St, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A rosary was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
