He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Bohacek Sr. and Lydia Marie Knesek Bohacek; and his brother Ronnie Bohacek. He is survived by: his wife Jannie Marie Wrobliski Bohacek; and his children, Cristine Bohacek, Bryan Bohacek (Emilie) and Kevin Bohacek.
