He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lowe and Lillie Mae Lowe; and his siblings, Macella Steiner and Walter "Butch" Lowe Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lowe; his sons, Anthony Lowe (Summer Lowe) and Michael Lowe (Amber Lowe); his brothers, George Gerald "Jerry" Lowe (Marilyn Lowe), Charles Lowe (Connie Lowe) and John Lowe (Cheryl Lowe); his grandchildren, Brendan Lowe, Nolan Lowe, Lincoln Lowe, Owen Lowe, Benjamin Lowe and Lily Lowe; his mother-in-law Mary Conwell; and his sister-in-law Jo Ellen Eby (Doug). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
