He was predeceased by: his parent Ikahui Niko; and his brother Anthony David Niko. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Keight; his children, Kason Michael, Daylen Sonne and Keilani Patricia; and his wife Jenae Niko. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
