He was predeceased by: his parents, Garey Boswell and Alice Boswell; his brother Mike Boswell; his parents-in-law, Kenyon Eaton and Charlotte Eaton; and his brother-in-law Tommy Eaton.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his son Kenyon; his daughter-in-law Martha; his grandchildren, Micah Hofferber (Luke) and Mason Boswell; his great grandchild Emmett Asher Hofferber; his brother Glenn (Jackie Boswell); his sister-in-law Carolyn Eaton; and his nieces, Kathy (Van Nichols) and Terry (Tim Walsh).
