She is survived by: her mother Christine Delariva Perez; her sisters, Celeste Perez and Chelsea Perez; her grandmothers, Julia Perez and Della Delariva; her nephews, Carlos Medina Jr., Damian Munoz and Carson Medina; and her godparents, Cynthia Diaz and Casimiro Perez Jr.. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
