She was predeceased by: her parents, Josh Goates and Millie Goates (Calk); her husband James F. "Butch" Gorka; her grandson Jason Michael Hall; and her siblings, Wilburn Goates and Nettie Bell Prihoda.
She is survived by: her children, David Gorka and Diana Gorka Hall; and her sisters, Louise Phillips and Bonnie Fogle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
