It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernice Mary (Kubeczka) Freudensprung of Richmond, Texas, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kubeczka and Helen Kubeczka (Gorka); her siblings, Gertrude Scholwinski, Christine Pozyski, Cecilia Kolojaco, Alex Kubeczka Sr., Adam Kubeczka and Edmond Kubeczka; and her son-in-law Silvian Sidney Kovar.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence Albert Freudensprung; her children, LaVerne Freudensprung Kovar, Gary Freudensprung (Clara), Shirley Hernandez (Arthur), Don Freudensprung (Mary Gerwig) and Sandy Freudensprung (Paula); her grandchildren, Kevin Kovar, Jeff Kovar (Linda), Christie Kovar (Daryl Peel) and Spring Kapchinski (Max); and her great grandchildren, Waylon, Nash Kovar, Liliana, Karina Kovar, John Cruz, Tripp and Brooke Kapchinski.

Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davis Greenlawn Funeral Chapels (3900 B F Terry Blvd, Rosenberg, TX 77471). A rosary was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
