She was predeceased by: her husband Guadalupe Cortez Sr.; her parents, Julian Ramirez and Consuelo Ramirez; and her siblings, Juana Pena, Senobio Ramirez, Ysabel Ramirez, George Ramirez and Salvador Ramirez.
She is survived by: her children, Rick (Helen), Guadalupe Jr., Carlos (Juna), Connie, Hector Cortez, Irma Viado (Patrick) and Sylvia Sauceda (Benny); her grandchildren, Guadalupe III, Sulema, David, Bryan Cortez, Christopher (Susana), Julia, Sarah, Emily, Aleah Garcia, Monica Altamirano (Bryan), Carissa and Victoria Sauceda; her great grandchildren, John, Estella, Elena, Jordan, Donovan, Sulema, Emma, Luna, Lucian, Sophie, Nico, Henry and Lana; and her siblings, Maria Davila, Josefina Lopez, Christina Delgado (Joe), Porfiria Medina, Sabas Ramirez (Felipa), Lazara Ramirez (Luis), Ray Ramirez, Elenor Guerrero and Concepcion Ramirez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
