He was predeceased by: his parents, Feliciano Cuellar of Linares and Leduvina Arismendez Linares; his wife Cesarea Linares; his children, Michael Ray Linares and Norma Linares; and his siblings, Reyes, Larry, Frank Linares, Manuela Linares, Alejandra Cortez, Florinda Garza and Linda Linares.
He is survived by: his children, Rafael Linares, Laura Linares Defrain and Nora Aguilar Linares. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren; as well as other loving family members and friends.
