She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Reed Phillips; and her grandparents, Theodore, Dorothy Wamsley and Sally Clark. She is survived by: her mother Kathie Ann Phillips; her husband David Wayne Skinner; her sons, Seth Reed Phillips and Colten Keith Kreger; and her grandfather Larry Phillips (Shirley). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
