She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Don and Clara Terrell (Bullard); her husband Jerry Burk; her children, Scott Miller and Sabra Miller; and her brother Don Terrell.
She is survived by: her children, Sandon Miller (Stephanie), William Wayne Westbrook, Sheryl Davis, Rhonda Otto and Bethany Owen (Trent). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
She was well known for her involvement with, and contributions to, numerous school, church, sports and community activities.
