He was predeceased by: his parents, W. T. Alston and Bill; and his son Kenneth. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marlene Barlow of Richland Springs; his daughter Debra Reavis of Oakalla; his daughter-in-law Monica Alston of Lewisville; his siblings, Roy Alston (Sharron) of Nacogdoches and Bettie Oliver (Buddie) of San Saba; his grandchildren, J. T., James Reavis, Kyle Reavis, Megan, Derek Brizendine, Hannah Alston and Will Alston; and his great grandchild Amos Brizendine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
