He is survived by: his children, Darwin Lewis of San Saba, Texas and Melody Lewis of Owasso, Oklahoma; his wife Loveta Faye Lewis; his grandsons, Mark Lewis (Lisa) of Ocala and Robert Rowell of Owasso, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Chase Daniel Lewis of Ocala, Peyton Faye Lewis of Ocala and Blake Darwin Lewis of Ocala.
