With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nelda Haynie of Richland Springs, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Nelda's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Nelda's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cornelius "Neal" Foster and Opal Lydia Crane Foster; her brother Jackie Neal Foster; and her great-nephew William "Billy" Wayne Carter. She is survived by: her sister Reba Ann Foster; and her nieces, Pamela Wood Martin (Lonnie) of Odessa, Cindy Sue Wood of Richland Springs, Donna Wood McPherson of Whitney and Denine Wood Miller (Craig) of Mercury.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Richland Springs Cemetery (300 Brown St, Richland Springs, TX 76871). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
