It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lance Newby of Richland Springs, Texas, born in San Saba, Texas, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, L. A. Newby and Annette Hubbert Newby. He is survived by: his son Dusty Newby of Smithville; his brother Aleck Newby (Gwen) of Richland Springs; his niece Tiffnie Lotts (Adam) of Houston; and his nephew Chance Brantner of Holland. He is also survived by his family as a loving father, brother and uncle.
