He is survived by: his wife Marie Stevens; his brother Harold; his children, Tammie Henderson, Tom Stevens (Kris), Tracey Kroehle (TJ) and Tara Cisar (John); and his stepchildren, Peggy Polinick, Tim Engel and Keith Engel.
