He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Dell and Nathalie Jane Palmer (Short); and his siblings, Cheryl Walters and Keith Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Norma Palmer; his children, Chris Palmer, Vanessa Alexander (Stephen) and Lindsay Jackson (Alek); his grandchildren, Payton, Jade, Emmett, Cooper and Everly; and his sister Carole Anderson (Danny).
