It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosalie Lillian Toay of Richardson, Texas, born in West, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Linda Ray (George) of Nacogdoches, TX, David Doggett III (Kathy) of Jupiter, FL and Larry Doggett of Dallas, TX; and her grandchildren, Regina Ray, Dr. George Ray III (Tasnim Islam), Brian Doggett, Mary Ann Doggett, Stephen Doggett, Jason Doggett, Ginger Doggett, Tiffany Doggett (Justin Willis), Jennifer Crossen and Kimberly Mendoza.
