Though Phillip Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Brown and Eileen Brown; and his brother Steve Brown. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Brown. He is also survived by many nephews, aunts and cousins.
