He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Swingle and Mary Swingle; his wife Pat Swingle; and his siblings, Claude Swingle, Kenneth Swingle, Olive Reetz, Evelyn Reed, Gay Lanham and Claire Swingle.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Meador (Ron) of Dallas, Carol Conway of Richardson, Cheryl Swingle of Dallas, Debbie Lashbrook (Toby) of Plano and Brian Swingle (Teresa) of Humble; his grandchildren, Dustin, Steven, Isaiah, Corey, Blake, Hannah, Addison and Landon; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Dylan, Avery and Wilder.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Richardson or to any organization that supports our Veterans.
