It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ray Baxter (Richardson, Texas), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Porter Baxter and Bobbie White Baxter (Roscoe B. Harrouff); his friends, Bobby Brown and Jon Brooks; his children, Shawn (Jennifer), Scott (Stephanie) and Catherine (Ryan); his grandchildren, Mason, Myles, Emily, Evan, Nolan, Lily, Lucas and Violet; and his brother Greg Harrouff (Joyce).
