It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Liem Van Pham (Richardson, Texas), who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Liem Van may no longer walk beside us, their memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Liem Van touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In their absence, their spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Sparkman Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1029 S Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX 75081). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Parish (2121 Apollo Rd, Garland, TX 75044).
