With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Penney of Richardson, Texas, born in Rusk, Texas, who passed away on November 7, 2021 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth Penney to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Penney and Lena Penney; and his siblings, Joe, Pete Penney and Margie Avery.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Kay; his sons, Kent (Julie) of Rapid City, SD and Kyle (Jana) of Tyler; his grandchildren, Brianna Penney, James Penney, Juliana Penney and Kedren Penney; and his parents-in-law, Billy Bob Sitton (Janelle), Carroll Keith Sitton and Deb Jones (Jerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Memorials may be made to the Kirk and Inez Sitton Scholarship at Stephen F. Austin State University or to support missions at Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler.
