“Matt, Alex, and I are so sad to learn of her passing. She was known to Alex as "Grandma" Heiting who helped teach him how to play baseball and soccer. She helped raise him from when he was just 1 year's old until he entered Kindergarten. Joan was such a selfless woman and a loving and dear friend. She will always have a special place in our hearts. God rest her soul, and watch over those who remain here on earth. May she enjoy eternal rest with her husband, Leo.”
