She is survived by: her children, Alejandro C. Garcia (Brandy), Rachal M. Almaguer (Juan) and Erica C. Almaguer; her grandchildren, Jay, Elian, Ambro, Peyton and Lily; and her brother Jose A. Contreras (Denise).
A rosary was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Pilar Funeral Home (650 W Avenue D, Garland, TX 75040). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Richardson (600 S Jupiter Rd, Richardson, TX 75081). A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at the Plano Mutual Cemetery (2128 18th St, Plano, TX 75074).
