He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick E. Libby and Maria C. Libby; and his wife Genevieve Slayter. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Caire (Rob) and Paul Libby (Carrie); his grandchildren, Jason, Jenna, John, Luke, Adam and Jacob; and his caregivers, Stella, Joan, Joyce, Joanitha, Driskoll Tubbs, Paul Lyford, Don Hood and Bill Meek.
In Lieu of Flowers, the family asks that donations be made to T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center, Parkinson's Voice Project, or a charity of choice.
